If you are still experiencing any audio issues, please fill out the Audio Issues ticket, attach your DXDIAG and one of our Customer Advocates will review. Please make sure that you have updated your BIOS firmware for on board sound cards. Disabling that output may resolve the issue. If you are not getting in game sounds and your PC has more than one Audio Output (Speakers/headphones/HDMI/Display Port etc.) please check that the audio isn't being routed to an alternate output. Change the default format to be 16bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality) or 0 Hz as the output format (please try both).When the game audio is being rendered at a different sample rate and bit depth to the native Windows settings, you may experience audio crackling or no audio at all.
